About Me I'm an ordinary, average guy with an extraordinary love of life; There is very little I won't do, or at least try. I work about a million hours a week (no, SERIOUSLY!!!), but still make time for the important things in life. As I said, I work a LOT, so that takes up a majority of my schedule, but in the off season, I enjoy driving pretty much anywhere; From San Diego for the escape to up and down the California coast (Anywhere between Santa Barbara and Carmel has been the best so far) for a few bottles of wine (read: Paso Robles). I play an assortment of musical instruments, but my main instrument is Bass Guitar (check out the new 6-string in my photos!!!). I am currently involed in a music "project" with a few old friends; we'll see where THAT goes! I can also be found at doing the ocassional Karaoke gig (okay, so I'm a geek, and I love to sing, and am not all that shy about it either!). I love photography (and have for the last 16 years); I have an extensive collection of scenics, and am currently getting my photo business off the ground, (Successfully, might I add!!!) I can also be found at many a Renaissance Festival throughout the year, kilted up with the Clan MacDaddy, and with my trusty Camera in hand, so if you see me, feel free to stop me and say hello Although I have not done so in a while, I enjoy camping, lake trips and river runs and such... anything that allows me to unwind. In general, I am a hard working individual who dislikes drama and loves to have a good time, and am always looking to meet new and interesting people who I may have something in common with... Hell even if it seems we don't, you'll never know until you ask! So there you have that; feel free to hit me up for an add, or if the profile looks the least bit interesting, feel free to send a message!
Music Metal, Hair Bands (Far too many to list), ANYTHING 80's (from New Wave to the British Metal Invasion), Punk (Pistols, Ramones, early Clash), Prog Rock / Prog Metal (King's X, Dream Theatre, Queensryche, Liquid Tension Experiment, Jelly Jam, hell let's even throw Voivod in there!!!), some Dark Metal, Classic Rock (do I even NEED to say Pink Floyd???), Worldly Music (Johnny Clegg & Savuka / Juluka, Lady Blacksmith Mambazo, Rusted Root, Peter Gabriel), Neo-Choral music (Era, Enigma, Adiemus), Swing Jazz (Dorsey, Miller and such), as well as the newer Neo-Swing, not to mention Brian Setzer!!! Also a big fan of Traditional Latin (Cumbia, Boogaloo, Merengue, Latin Jazz, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha); It would really be a shame if I WASN'T!!!; Blue Man Group (Check out just about ANY track on "The Complex"),Traditional Celtic and Norse Folk, Shanties, Classical (the usual, as well as Nicolo Paganini, Sergei Rachmaninov, and Antonin Dvorak), Some Trip Hop and Acid Jazz... a little of everything, except for MOST Country, and Thug Gangsta Rap (though I dig the more light-hearted rap that we heard up until the Late 80's / Early 90's). I have an obscure collection, and have done my homework on it, so a Musical Conversation will be nearly ENDLESS... It's better (and more time-saving) to ask what I do NOT like!!! The 13.2 DAYS worth of music on the iPod should be a testament to that
Movies Yeah, apparently, I have a hand in making them! Okay, so it was my ONE TIME running B-Camera, but hey... I think I got hooked on working that aspect of it... Seriously, though... ANYTHING Monty Python, Action/Adventure (a la Indiana Jones and such), a LOT of Sci-Fi, a lot of Renaissance Period films (it is always fun to see Hollywood's interpretation of History), anything WWII related (Dad is a Vet), Anything funny, and I have to admit, I have a soft spot for Romantic Comedies starring John Cusack; I know, it is not very MANLY to admit that, but the guy is a great actor. Again, I like a lot of things, though I tend to stay away from Chick Flicks... Unless it is in the privacy of my own home... and my girlfriend goes out to rent it!!!
TV I work in the industry, but don't watch it. How's that for ironic? I am never opposed to a good documentary, though. And slapstick comedy always worked for me; The Three Stooges and Benny Hill are tops in that category... and they had good theme music!
Books Guilty of not having had much time to read; A lot of History (European) A lot of Musical Anthologies, as well as a good Sci-Fi book. Also a TOTAL Koontz / King fan

Virtues I'm not going to bother filling this out on the grounds that no matter what is listed in this category, it's going to sound like a sales pitch and a bunch of B.S. If you want to know my virtues, I'd say the best bet is to ask anybody who knows me!
Heroes Right out of the gate, my Mom and Dad.
